Wizard World 2011 Day two
Day two of wizard world came to an end. I didn't really take many photos today, so instead, there will be links to stuff that caught my interest during the day. Oh, if you're curious as to what the comic is about, one of the events here was called "Drinking and Drawing". It's basically a bunch of artists going to a bar to draw and drink, and others could come by and watch or partake. It's something I should've gone to, because it would probably be a great learning experience and a great time, but I didn't. Instead I went back to my hotel and sketched today's comic, and my girlfriend played with legos (some pics below). I did get to see Tom Nguyen do a panel on inking. It was interesting, and there are a few things from it that I'll have to try and work in to how I do things. (I'll have to get a pressure sensitive tablet first though). I picked up his dvd and hope to learn even more from that.
